Wednesday 4:45-5:45pm All Levels Power Yoga with Cornelia

Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm Beginner/Gentle-Moderate Hatha with Liz last week of July

Thursday 6:45-8:15pm Ashtanga Primary Series (2nd Series every 4th Thursday) with Liz

Saturday 9-10:15am All Levels Vinyasa with Cornelia

PLEASE NOTE: STARTING IN SEPTEMBER WE WILL BE OFFERING 6-8 Week Sessions to help best serve you in progressing you in your practice, week by week. More information on signing up for fall coming soon.
