*We will be starting a new YTT flexible program January 24th and 25th with Module 1: Yoga Foundations.

If you are interested in starting your new adventure as a Yoga Teacher in Training, we have two options for our Yoga Alliance Approved 200 Hour Teacher Training Programs:

1) Traditional 200 Hour Group Yoga Teacher Training, one full weekend a month, Fri 5:45-9pm, Sat 9-4pm, Sun 9-4pm, Research Hours, Yoga Practicum including (5) Community Teaching Classes, (5) Student YTT attended classes, (3) Assist Classes

Traditional Program runs September-June.

2) Flexible Module Program: Join at anytime with a combination of core required weekends, electives, personal mentorship contact hours, yoga teaching practicum and student practice classes.
