Yoga is a union of the mind, body and soul in ideal connection and harmony with each other. In our classes we practice strengthening, energizing, relaxing, balancing and restoring all physical, mental and spiritual health and bliss. We practice bringing communication to our awareness and trust in ourselves by honoring what we can do at the present moment and what goals or dedications we can work on, in and out of practice. All of our yoga classes although different amongst styles and teaching, are continuously practicing this harmony and connection we have with ourselves and in our community. Every practice will bring focus into your daily life and help you become more productive, aware, limber, healthier, physically fit and more relaxed. Yoga enables us to find things possible we may have never realized and aims us towards seeing the best potential in ourselves and in others to create a more peaceful, compassionate, simpler, more slowed-down relaxed lifestyle in the midst of the hectic modern world. However your journey has led you to yoga, one thing is for certain as the Great Pattabi Jois was fond of saying: Yoga is 99% practice, 1% theory. Live your yoga in its practice and let the practice unfold slowly and transform you and your life continuously renewing, rewarding and blooming!

At AHM YOGA we offer classes in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes suited to all skill levels, led by certified instructors who are passionate about yoga and want to share their love and knowledge with you. If you ever have any questions, particularly an injury/trauma you are looking to heal from please let us know and we can assist you in any modification to suit your needs. One of the beautiful attributes about yoga is that it can be practiced by anyone. We all breathe and that is yoga, we all think and that is yoga, we all move to some degree more or less, and that is yoga. In any class we can modify anything to be very restorative or challenging to simple or very advanced.

Our classes are seven days a week in a variety of styles. We recommend when new to our studio try as many classes as possible to find one that suit you best. We offer unlimited new student specials to give you a jumpstart on your practice. Remember, yoga is practice and the more you practice the greater the benefit. Rest is equally important and in our classes we provide enough time for a relaxing savasana and meditation.
